The office staff is very kind. The maintenace people fill take care of your problems the same day no matter how busy they are--they must clone themselves. We would all stay in our apartments all day if it wasn't for our brilliant Service Coordinator who has something cool planned almost everyday from exercise to Putt Putt to a mental health support group. They are always here for us. The only problem I have is that the closets are too small, but that's my opinion, it wouldn't necessarily be yours.
It's a great place to live, but they in January are going smoke free. Now keep in mind that most of the people that live here are 62+, which means most of them have been smoking for over 50 years and they gave a year for these elderly human beings to quit or face eviction. The state law states in a public place smoking is not allowed. But the inside of an apartment that people pay money for is not public.It is a private domain.
