Service was excellent, very professional and all of the staff very friendly.
I prefer the water cleaning over the drill (?) cleaning, but I know there is a reason for one or the other. Helpful with checking on insurance coverage. Good explainition as to follow-up on tooth fillings.
Crystal is an Excellent Hygenist! She is always gentle, thorough, and professional! Five stars for her and Dr Brawley as well!
Very good job on my cleaning, very professional staff
Let's face it, Dentists are just not very popular. Most people are afraid and avoid getting procedures done just like I did. Well today I had a filling removed and redone. It was painless, she explained every moved and treated me just like the 6 year old that I acted like! The other reason I love this place is because I once asked about getting my teeth whitened and the doctor actually said, don't send the money they look fine. Now that is unusual.
As a retired Air Force dental superintendent, I can attest to the excellence in care I receive each time I visit the Brawley Dental clinic. Their facility is state of the art and the support staff is well trained and courteous. The professional staff and technicians deliver excellent, gentle, and effective care and create an environment of trust. Everyone is friendly and respectful to patients as well as to each other. I have been a patient there for nearly 3 years and recommend them to all my friends.
Have been going here for years. Everyone very friendly & especially enjoy Janis, my hygienist. She is quick, thorough, & very personable.
My first visit was for a cleaning & it was a delight to meet all the staff. All were very personable, informative, and very easy to be around. Thanks.
