I waited in the lounge area for my car. I knew it would a couple of hours so I had my cup of coffee and took care of some work as I waited. Staff is very friendly and informative. I was almost tempted to walk the show room to see the latest models
I am not sure where to even begin this review! After leaving Nissan of San B, from a NIGHTMARE of an experience we were not happy people when we arrived at Hatfield. Our guard was up and just plain did not trust them or anyone. BUT, From the second Kevin greeted myself and my wife on the lot it was great. He wasn't overly pushy, he knew his product, and he did everything in his power to get us a fair deal.
