Had a great experience at my vehicles service appointment. 1st time at this location and treated as if I were a long time customer! Had no problems nor attitude whatsoever even though I came in outside of my appointment time!
About a month ago I noticed the paint separating on my vehicle, service at Buick said to take it to Tom Bell collision which we did, Tom Bell called and said Alex FEELS like it’s bird droppings that caused it. How does one assume if they have no idea how I take care of my vehicle, if my car is parked in a garage or covered. For one I don’t allow bird droppings to sit on my car at all. Please do not take your vehicles here Service providers do not replace correct parts. They had my truck for over two weeks after going back-and-forth with the warranty company. They replaced $3500 worth of brake parts which I had to pay for and did not even fix the issue My truck was having. on top of that when I asked for the parts back that came off my truck they put them inside my cab of a 2024 at4 not in the bed of my truck.
