I dropped my car off at 9 am on Monday to fix an issue with my car, 2022 GMC Acadia with 37k miles. Hit‑and‑miss service at best. Showing up early is pointless—you’ll still end up waiting, and the staff always seems to have a new excuse ready. I attempted to purchase a 2025 Buick Envista ST yesterday 01/09. The vehicle price initially seemed fair, but the issue came up when we discussed the service contract.
