Today I received a follow up call from Bill Hatfield to see how I was enjoying my new 2018 Buick Encore. I’ve bought cars elsewhere (sorry Bill) but the only dealer who calls after a purchase is Bill. We loved the fact that when we were looking to purchase a second vehicle we were helped from start to finish by just one person: Alex Orozco. She made it simple. No passing us from one person to another as we found to be the practice at other dealers. And the whole experience from walking on the lot to driving off in a Sierra took less than 3 hours. Quick. Easy. Enjoyable. We will be back again!
