Everything you wish a contractor would be like I called on a Sunday not expecting to get an appointment until following week and instead, got seen as soon as possible. Quickly diagnosed my issue and unlike so many other contractor experiences, rather than being pitched to spend money up front, instead, was taught about the underlying issue, learned a few things about my equipment that I didn’t know, and then recommended a few different solutions both short and long term. Very class act, and can’t recommend enough!
We found our water heater spewing water in the early afternoon. I called a well known water heater company who was only interested in pushing us to rent and offering an exorbitant price to purchase a water heater as well as being unavailable for a service call for two days.
