I love this dentist. I can't have laughing gas because it makes me sick, but he does shots so gently that it rarely hurts. I always feel confident when I leave that I am free of decay and put together again for the long haul. One hygienist is really the pits, though. My parents and I joke about her being the Marquis De Sade (sp?). She was brutal and made me feel like I was lying about my dental hygiene, which was an experience I had never had with anyone else. I love these people....I have been to 5 different dentist in my 44 years and this one is the best.. They are great with my kids, who have had other medical problems to deal with. They work with my financial abilities. I love Dr. Hatchett and his staff!

They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
