Ordered delivery but regardless of that the food itself was a really bad experience. The bacon was tough and incredibly greasy. Like literally dripping with grease. I ordered extra bacon never having tried this place before and was so disappointed i didnt even finish it. The eggs i ordered were scrambled and incredibly wet and gross. I hate writing bad reviews but the food and drinks at this place are simply just not good. The hollandaise sauce has chunks of cheese in it for some reason. The hashbrowns are alright but nothing special at all. The matcha is really NOT good -- i wouldn't recommend it at all (any of the flavours). And I'm pretty sure their coffee is just store-bought Stok cold brew with store-bought cold foam on top. Its a super cute spot but I wish I didnt waste my money on this meal unfortunately. Amazing breakfast samagge great service!
I told the cashier that I didn’t enjoy the burrito I received and asked if I could switch it for something else. I was told they would have to call the manager to see what could be done. The cashier then spent around 10 minutes, if not longer, on the phone just to ask about a remake or refund. I honestly don’t understand why it took that long to get an answer to such a simple question.
