Just wanted to say a big thanks to everyone at Hatch for their excellent care throughout my second pregnancy! Such a lovely group of people and a very well run team. I mainly saw Hayley (midwife) and really appreciated how astute, knowledgeable and thorough she was, as well as being a great patient advocate when she picked up a slight fetal arrhythmia. Highly recommend Hatch Private Maternity. We felt supported throughout the entire pregnancy by their midwives and obstetricians. Appointments never felt rushed, and everyone was so accommodating, including the reception staff. Our hospital experience at Mater Private was also excellent. A special shout out to all the midwives and obstetricians, especially Kristy and Yan Yan, for their wonderful care and support. We’re very grateful for the experience.
I cannot recommend this clinic more HIGHLY. They are a low cost clinic with absolutely top quality care from amazing, caring, kind, patient professionals. I began my pregnancy quite normally but by 3rd trimester I was extremely complex with an array of conditions. They cared for me in such a way that I will never forget how completely positive my pregnancy and birthing experience was with them. I literally owe them my life and my sons. They gave us a completely wrong diagnosis for our baby and even advised us to terminate the pregnancy. At our next hospital visit, we discovered we were no longer covered by our insurance, despite being assured by the insurer that our policy was still active. Without any notice, they cancelled our coverage, leaving us to urgently find a new insurance provider. This company is effectively useless when you actually need support. I do not recommend this insurer.
Had a great experience with Hatch for my pregnancy and birth of my first baby. All of the midwives, obstetricians and reception staff are so lovely and accomodating.
