I cannot recommend this clinic more HIGHLY. They are a low cost clinic with absolutely top quality care from amazing, caring, kind, patient professionals. I began my pregnancy quite normally but by 3rd trimester I was extremely complex with an array of conditions. They cared for me in such a way that I will never forget how completely positive my pregnancy and birthing experience was with them. I literally owe them my life and my sons. They gave us a completely wrong diagnosis for our baby and even advised us to terminate the pregnancy. At our next hospital visit, we discovered we were no longer covered by our insurance, despite being assured by the insurer that our policy was still active. Without any notice, they cancelled our coverage, leaving us to urgently find a new insurance provider. This company is effectively useless when you actually need support. I do not recommend this insurer.
Had a great experience with Hatch for my pregnancy and birth of my first baby. All of the midwives, obstetricians and reception staff are so lovely and accomodating.
Awesome experience with HATCH. All the ob and midwives are friendly and patience with my million questions. Laura Shoo is the best! I called her TED lady cause I have learned so much from her. She explains things so well and informative that I feel like just been to a TED talk. She's the one noticed that my boy has tongue tie issue which missed by the paedicure (not recommend). Really great experience with these guys. Cannot fault anything. The midwives and obstetricians were all amazing, accomodating to concerns and questions, and very supportive. Did not feel judged or misunderstood as first time parents. Follow-up care was also amazing.
