We HAVE been using HATBORO dental center for many years great doctor's &staff THE go out of their way TO make a appointment even when THE office IS closed
I chipped a back tooth over the weekend and when I called my regular dentist they could not fit me in that whole week. A friend at work couldn't believe it and said I had to see Dr Bob. They got me in that same day and smoothed down the chipped tooth. I came back that week and got a cap started, all quite painless. Oh and yes it is true what the reviews say this office runs on time! Glad I switched.
Glad to see so many positive reviews for this office. They have earned them all based on my experience. Nice to find a dentist or in this case dentists I can trust. Both Dr Neuman and Dr Bob worked on my teeth and everything went great. Also like others have said a person answers the phone not a answering machine. Five stars earned!
First when you call the office a person always picks up. So nice to call an office and not get a machine. Patty at the desk did a great job of answering my questions and getting me in right away. In fact the whole staff seems to truly enjoy working there and Dr Bob was so funny it made me forget that he was even fixing my teeth. Great dental experience.
No Pain all Gain The reviews of this office are well earned. I saw Dr Arnold Solomon on my visit. I didnt want to do a crown because I was waiting for better insurance to begin at work. He not only made me feel comfortable but he was able to "patch" me up until I could get the money together along with my new insurance to get it fixed with a crown in a few months. I also was seen ten minutes early!!!! Basically as good as a dental appointment can be.
After waiting way too long I saw Dr Bob to have my front teeth capped and they look great. Dr Bob kept me from going too white (so they don't look fake) and now everyone thinks I have just naturally great teeth!!!! Great dental office.
A wonderful dental office. I was sent by a friend for a a second opinion when I was told I needed all sorts of work that it turned out I did not need. That was 6 years ago! Thank god for second opinions. Great honest office.
Let me start by saying how nice it is to call a dental office and not get a recording saying "please leave a number and we will call you back". Great staff, very helpful in explaing my insurace benefits and excellent dental work. (Had a couple of old silver fillings replaced with white ones.) Reccomend highly.
I started going to Dr Bob only 6 months ago. We replaced a crown in the front that had a black line near my gum with a new all white one. Withouth any metal showing now no one can tell that it is fake!! So happy.
