I am not sure how many years I have been going to Hastings Vision but am not planning to ever quit.
Wish I could give two ratings. Dr Eric does a great job with my children. The billing department is another story. Some how lost half of a payment that I made 2 months ago? Sounds suspicious to me, especially since a family member had a similar occurrence. It did get straightened out after 3 phone calls. But it makes me wonder how many other people this has happened to? And how many people pay it without even thinking twice about it.
