Be very careful renting from this landlord. Leading up to move-in, they were extremely nice and responsive — but once we signed the lease, their tone completely changed. Now, any time we raise a concern, they respond with rudeness, snark, and attitude. No issues were disclosed to us about the property before moving in. Unethical. Don't actually walkthrough before you move in so they FORCE you to print off pictures and the inventory. Even if you live in the Kearney rentals, they force you to mail everything to them. They have 5 different icloud emails--which explains why they can't story anything with the free GB space with an icloud account--so you never know who is going to answer. If someone is out of the office, no one picks up the slack to answer their emails, so you don't know you're supposed to print everything off YOURSELF and MAIL ... read more
Terrible, terrible people who don’t pay taxes on their rental properties (seriously, you can Google it!) which is illegal. I think everyone who knows the owners is aware of how awful and shady they are towards their tenants. Slum lords is an understatement.
This is no joke. I have dealt with many shady people over the years. This is the most sketchy place I have seen in Nebraska. They run this business like thieves and if you see the owner you will know why. I am warning you for your own benefit. This place is bad news, STAY AWAY!
