First off, i needed a place on a short notice as i was moving from the bay area to here. I visited a few complexes in Sacramento and realized what Hastings is not. The office has no fair housing posters, california labor wage posters of any kind and the staff had screen savers on the computer of there personal lives. Ding one! Unprofessional and tacky.
