I am a 72 year old man that hates going to doctors. I was shocked to be totally comfortable with Dr Mathew Stritt within minutes. He is very competent but pleasant and informative. He answered all of my question in language that made sense to me. I highly recommend him for you lung care needs. I have NEVER recommended a Doctor before in my life so that should give you an idea just how impressed I was with this man.
The fact that you see a different doctor everyday is not a good thing. My husband almost died because of this. A diagnosis was not made for 7 days. While my husband was constantly throwing up an keeping nothing down. No cause was even looked for. Just changed medication. Turned out a wonderful PA got a MRI scheduled. 3 days later we finally went home. No good recommendations from me. The nurses however were really wonderful.
I thought the sleep lab itself was set up well. It was quiet and dark. My technician, Todd, explained things well. The hospital had also sent me paperwork telling what to do and some additional things to except. I was very impressed.
