Great customer service
I guess not much has changed from Dan's review 4 years ago. Still very slow response time, if they respond at all. Our company ordered parts, then we needed to cancel the order. They canceled the order, but never refunded our money. So they still have their parts and they have our money and it's been about 6 months. Unfortunately this company is the only one I know of that charges for their literature or a schematic. When I have to “ buy “ information “ to resolve an issue it really is disheartening. I do not know if Hastings is better or worse than anyone else’s however our techs can call Cambridge or Rupp for info and there is no cost. Trane and carrier maintain a great library at no cost.
