Tim was referred by our trust attorney but some how we ended up with Joe and got screwed ROYALLY. $1,413.58 and NOTHING done but a piece of paper sent to the courts. The lady is still living in his house after not paying him on a land contract for 19 years. I give them a 3 for now! I've known Tim for a while! Met him in jail while dong Bible study! He said if we wrote him he'd write back so I did. Then when actually wrote back I thought would that's really cool! However then I talked with him about the situation with my father's estate and how there were things not delt with.
