I called Hastings Garage Door Repair. They sent out Jim Hayden, Service Manager, from Superior Garage Door LLC. He came out and we agreed the work was to be done yesterday afternoon. After waiting and getting late in the day I left a message for Jim to tell me what’s up. Never got a call back. So, just before 5:00 I called again and was told the truck just pulled up and the work won’t be done until tomorrow I told the office gal to forget it and sought out another company. I called them to see about getting my garage door fixed. They said they did not service my town (Red Wing) I said Ok, and figured I would try to find a place closer to home. They called back about 30 seconds after I hung up and said that THEY will have someone in the area they next day, I said great, and scheduled the estimate. Guy showed up, gave me a business card.
