The staff is absolutely disappointing. I scheduled two appointments, one for my son, one for myself after him. Then they expected me to leave my minor alone with them and attend my appointment early. Proceeded with narcissistic behavior and tried to threaten me with a bill for a missed appointment because I refused to leave my son alone. Needless to say, my son and I left without treatment.
Make sure you get an actual treatment plan before doing anything! They are not in network with insurances but do not tell you that until you receive a large bill. Dentist do this so they can charge you whatever they want. Find someone in network with your insurance since you pay to have insurance. Cash fee would’ve been cheaper than this dentist.
I was recommended to go here but after trying to make appointment. The lady on the phone told me they are book till Augest.
