I own Raintree Real Estate, which is another brokerage in Vegas. I am also a 3-time "40 Under 40" award winner in the real estate community, so I'll let that speak for my credentials. I have zero business ties to Hastings, other than getting to know the broker over the past 7 years and occasionally writing an offer on one of his REO listings. I am no longer in Real Estate and have no ties to this company, just saw these reviews and had to speak up. I represented many Buyers that purchased homes listed by this company over the span of a decade in real estate. This company is easily the most ethical and straight up REO brokerage you will find here in Vegas. They don't even have in house agents.
