Hastings has Great Parts, Prices, and Friendly Staff Recently went to Hastings to have my cylinder heads machined at the shop. The Staff was very helpful and friendly, got my car running great! Thank you Hastings!
Hastings is the best! I have been to most of the Hastings stores many times. I work on cars wherever they are to make some side cash. I don't bother going in the big box auto parts stores. Whenever I get stumped on a side job I go to the people that actually turn a wrench. The guys at Hastings are the best parts salesmen period. These guys know cars. Always treat me good and have fair prices on the brands I'm looking for. I tell all my friends and family to go there. They always hook us up.
Awesome! They had the lowest prices in town and the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all the questions I had. I have bought auto parts from Hastings many times and have always had a good experience. They have the lowest prices, and they have always had what I needed in stock. I would recommend this store to anybody who needs auto parts.
Racist They are Racist..Me and my girlfriend have spent over 2,000 i am business man so i don't get concered I don't care about that... But they starter going up on the price... Our mechanic goes there they gave me 3 different prices on rear struts on a 98 escourt each time more then the last... I had enough from them I will not go anymore...
Friendly and Helpful Hastings Auto Parts helped me out on two occasions. About a month back I purchased wiper blades for my 1998 Ford and the counter guy offered to install them. When I tried to give him a couple of dollars for his effort - he would not take it. He said "Thanks for the thought, but no problem, we do this everyday". More recently, I needed a crank sensor for my wife's Nissan Altima. Hastings was able to order it from their main supply house and have it back to the store in less than an hour. Great parts prices I have used Hastings many times over the last 9 years and have always had good service. They have a machine shop in back which is also well priced and good for changing out wheel bearings,etc. Hastings is also always cheaper on brake parts like rotors and pads than the bigger stores like Autozone, Advance, Murrays, etc.
hastings sucks i have used hastings multiple times over the years and found them to be rude and very unhelpful, they dont know what they are talking about most of the time depending on what you are asking and they have very high prices they have a large store but dont have hardly anything in stock that is useful when repairing cars on a regular basis go to autozone or murrays or even advanced auto parts they all do price match and have much better ways for you to get your warranty you need a receipt at hastings and people lo... read more
Hastings Auto Parts is the best I didn't know why my 2000 Plymouth Voyager was overheating. I went to Hastings auto Parts in Hazel Park, and asked the counter guy for his opinion. He listened to me and then asked the guy who runs the machine shop for his opinion. They told me that it sounded like a thermostat - and they were right! It saved me from taking my car to the shop and spending a lot of money. The employees were very friendly. I am recommending Hastings Auto Parts to my friends and family.
Hastings Auto Parts is Terrible Very poor service. Had to return several times for the correct part. Wrong parts, guessed incorrectly on part decision instead of checking with customer. All around bad experience.
