Amazing customer service. They were direct and to the point and open and honest about the chainsaw I needed. I researched and was decided on the MS261C. I had a great discussion with them and they confirmed it was the correct saw for my needs. They also test ran it and showed me all the features of the saw, proper maintenance and correct break in period. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
Cub cadet snow blower parts
Won’t replace parts on a chainsaw purchased from the which is still under warranty despite admitting it is a manufacturers defect. Horrible service. Recommend going anywhere else
