Hassle free flooring didn’t even come to work #literally. We walked in not once but twice and even called not once but three times and no answer at the West Allis location. So called the other three locations and also no answer. West Allis had the open sign on and doors unlocked with no employee inside. I knocked on all of the “employee only” doors and no one came out. We waited a good 20 minutes and walked out. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AND WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING!
5 stars on this wonderful flooring company. The name fits well, hassle free and very fast. I recommend this flooring company over any other.
Excellent Experience from start to finish! Mike and the rest of the staff were top notch. From the very beginning, Mike was great with communication. We ordered over 1500 sq ft of hardwood, over long distance, delivered to Baltimore. Couldn't be happier with the service we received and the quality of the Wood.
