Recommendedexcellent service at Christmas brunch
Beautiful and historic hotel, right across from courthouse square. The hotel is clean, the architectural details are amazing and the staff is fantastic. Room rates are very reasonable, as well.
We had a reservation for 7:00 on a December Tuesday evening....after being assured we’d be notified if we waited in the lounge... 8:15 came and ..... We went back to the dining room, now empty, and were asked if we’re interested in a table! TERRIBLE communication. Lots of denials, the restaurant “manager”, Kevan, was unavailable. Extremely disappointed! Try something else!

Love to go to lunch in the peacock room
I just love the old world charm & well maintained grounds of this stunning landmark in downtown Prescott!! The lobby is wonderful, weekend entertainment in the lounge with a happy hour menu, & drink specials, white linen in the dining room, a great menu selection & wine list, a friendly professional staff, keeps us recommending the hotel to our out of town guests without hesitation & coming back!!
