Dr. Hassan phoned me to see how I was doing after a visit. Who does that any more? Staff is helpful and referrals are made as necessary. He takes time with each patient. You don't feel like a piece of meat on a conveyor belt! He actually CARES about his patients. I am so glad his practice is in Madera.
Dr Hassan was able to get me in fairly quick, helped me out with my issue i was having. My only concern is he does go way to fast, he seems to want to rush the visits, and did over look something stuck in my ear, the tube came out and was stuck in my ear. Went to clinic and they removed it.
Dr. Hassan was very unprofessional and exhibited the worst conduct I have ever experienced from a medical services provider. This was my initial appointment to review my health history and develop a treatment plan with Dr Hassan. The appointment was very rushed and Dr Hassan was more concerned with completing the visit as quickly as possible than establishing a care plan with me and walked out abruptly without informing me the appointment was over.
Great dr very nice explains everything perfectly and I greatly recommend them.
