This place is awful. We saw the PA and she is incredibly rude, impatient, and has no bedside manner. When asked to explain options for treatment, infusions were instantly pushed, rather than discussing options. When I called to gain a better understanding of the infusion versus injection, the PA continuously reverted to it being an insurance issue and that i would have to speak to the office manager. Never have I ever had a doctor you couldn't get a hold of by answering service or some means. You leave messages and no one calls you back. I got highly over charged for blood work and have an insanely high bill, 2 items being double charged. The doctor didn't even care to listen or look at previous blood work. Having to say oh you have this result before? Oh well this treatment is for both things. What? The treatment gave me a severe reaction that no one cared to help with. I will never step foot in their office again.
Horrible ! Please look for kinder people. There def lying, just check out there low reviews, they ain't no 5 star place lol by any means. Pretty rude people. Including the staff, I have been sick having a hard time getting around, so because of that I have missed few apps into I found out recently from my family doctor that I may have a autoimmune deaise because I had a positive ana result which I also had no idea when I missed my apps, I called to explain I am sorry n now that there may be something wrong I'm willing to pay... read more
Dr. Hassan is a very nice, kind and respectful rheumatologist, I have been going there for many many years and have not had anything but good experiences with the doctor and Zeba. I highly recommend this place!
