Collin was a big help during our lease application process.
In less than one year, we have had THREE seperate bat exposures in our unit. Emergency maintenance never answers. They waited over 10 days after the first sighting to get pest control out. When pest came, I saw them outside my door when coming back from class. They assured me they did a thorough inspection of my unit. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Ever since day one of moving into Haslett Arms, my roommate and I have had endless problems. - Upon entry, the apartment was disgusting. The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed (hair, dust, and lint all over). The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Disgusting, unclean furniture with stains and huge rips. The paint was awfully chipped on the bathroom cabinets. There was a weird brown stain by where the previous owners’ garbage can was likely kept. There was no bezel around the AC unit.
