In less than one year, we have had THREE seperate bat exposures in our unit. Emergency maintenance never answers. They waited over 10 days after the first sighting to get pest control out. When pest came, I saw them outside my door when coming back from class. They assured me they did a thorough inspection of my unit. I go to open my door as they’re leaving and I see a literal bat sleeping on my door. When I called them back over to get it, they laughed?
