I met Clarence in January. He was recommended to me by a friend in Kentucky. I came here and he showed me several homes. Stayed in contact with me about the dream home I found. Helped me make offers and I bought it. He has referred me to so many different people to update my home and has not let me down yet. He has also become a great friend.

Shady. Sold a home for a “close”friend and handshaked a friend deal to two naive family members of mine. He should be a used car salesman at that corner lot you would never go to. Made 11,000 off a home he did nothing for but lie to a “friend” who was grieving. Nasty to the title company at closing. Very unprofessional. Sad they let anyone pass the test
