Do not rent with Haselhorst Properties. The buildings are not safe or well-maintained. Management knowingly allowed me to move into a unit filled with mold and mildew that was literally rotting around ***** a result, I developed severe respiratory issues and was granted a medical exemption from my lease. Given the concerns ***** had, she sent the management office a letter on October ******* we explained the next day, October 15,2024 that the best way we could accommodate her medical needs would be to transfer her to another property. Currently we did not have any other one bedroom utility paid apartments available. The closest thing we currently had would be a two bedroom apartment for $830.00 a month (not including utilities). I have recently came in contact with Haselhorst Properties. In search of a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home for my daughter (10 years old) and i.. upon contacting them of course i have to fill out a application. i will be the first to tell you my background and credit score is not Squeaky clean , but with that being said I HAVENT been in trouble in almost 12 years and my credit score is over 5 hundred but reguardless . They denied me because of my credit score not being 600 or better. now this rental company primarily rents to coll... read more
