Been here 3 times with my 6yr old for extreme stomach pain and each time it's something different with a different medication but yet cant figure out whats wrong and dont want to do shit to figure it out..
A phenomenal place. All staff members are well rounded and not only tend to the child but also their families needs as well.
Living nearby and having had a premature son with several medical problems, I'm here at least several times a year. The staff is always wonderful and I have no complaints about the service we receive. However I have to say cutting the valet to only normal business hours seems like a really poor choice. When a parent brings their sick or injured child to the emergency room, they shouldn't have to park down the street and carry them in. We were there Christmas Day and all night last night. The doctors and nurses were amazing as they always are! I have 2 Asthmatic children and we are there quite often! I am however very disappointed that the valet hours have changed...parents rely on this...especially a parent who needs to get in quick and comes to the hospital alone. I understand it is a free service. I would of paid for this service last night. I parked in the garage and ran with my 2 year old to the ER doors. We were referred in from our local ER and are very thankful for the amazing care we received. The little one had a rare condition that was quickly identified and treated. The staff was kind and respectful. I hope we never have to go back, but am glad to know that a great group of professionals are handling our children's emergencies!
Took hours to be seen then no help. Was told they'd help with a ride then when time was to go no one could help was told to sleep in the waiting room with a child.
