Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

No, it wasn't too loud Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected
