Look the wait time was always really really long. And some of the staff aren’t the friendliest, but when Omar was there it was worth it. I’ve never had a psychiatrist who cared so much or listened so well and let me have choices in my treatment like he did. I don’t know when he will be back but I hope it’s soon.
My Aunt has been crippled since she was 8 months old from polio. She is 75, is in a wheelchair, has diabetes and terminal lung cancer. She arrived 30 minutes late yesterday for her appointment. She was frustrated because getting in and out of vehicles is difficult and painful. She is unable to drive. The women at the front desk were rude to her!
