Good luck ever getting them on the phone. I had to leave 4-5 messages on the phone over a period of 2 weeks before anyone ever called me back. My insurance preauthorization request was denied so they set up a peer to peer appeal appointment the morning of my appointment and canceled my appointment. Unfortunately, I won’t need an appointment. I’ve been seen by several “specialists” in the past and will be in the future. Long story short, on the day of my first injection, I felt like I was being treated like livestock getting an injection. I felt horrible for his team.
