I honestly don’t know where to begin with this experience because so many things went wrong from the moment I walked into the office. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed with the level of professionalism, cleanliness, and patient care. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Barnali Hasan. I found her approach to patient care to be unhelpful and lacking in compassion. Communication was often unclear, and while she seemed to struggle with English in conversation, she was noticeably fluent when discussing or ordering expensive and seemingly unnecessary tests. Hygiene and professionalism were also concerns during my visits, and I did not feel that my well-being was prioritized.
