We are new pet parents and took our puppy, Wilbur, in for an initial check up and meet and greet this past weekend. We are so happy we found Dr. Paul! He and the rest of his team were fantastic! Dr. Paul and his friendly staff took their time with us and Wilbur, answering all of our questions and making Wilbur feel comfortable. I feel so much better knowing that we have a trusted vet close by. Highly recommend!
I rushed our dog, Cody, here for the first time and Dr. Paul was so honest with his opinion and care. I'm so grateful he spend his final hours with you!
We recently took our two cats to Dr. Paul (and his amazing team!) for their annual checkups. We can't say enough good things about this new practice! Everyone was so welcoming, compassionate, and thorough. From our initial phone call, to the follow-up: every moment was the ultimate in professionalism and courtesy. We are so happy we discovered this new vet practice (and so conveniently located near the Village in Wauwatosa).
Dr. Paul and his staff are friendly and caring. Getting an appointment is easy and their location is perfect!
Friendly staff and an excellent, caring doctor who has knowledge in exotic pets! Planning to also bring out non-exotic cat and dog there as well! Also offers evening and weekend hours for those of us who are work full-time during the day!
Just took Dexter to see Dr. Paul this morning. The location is convenient for me, and is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and fun, and gave Dexter a few moments to sniff around in order to make himself more comfortable. Dr. Paul was prompt, and took his time with Dexter, and asked lots of questions of me in order to find out what was causing his leg soreness. I had just taken my Albino half English budgie Elena in to see Dr. Paul. I am an old client of his from Tillie Lake. Since he'd left Tillie Lake I decided to go to Brook Falls which is also a great place but the cost of taking a little bird in and getting him or her treated over there is pricier. I don't mind traveling longer to take my birds in to see Dr. Paul. He is affordable and he is a compassionate and caring Doctor. I love how gentle he is and how knowledgeable he Is.
