My elderly mother got absolutely taken by this company, she purchased what she thought was a brand new tankless water heater and it turned out to be a 7 year old used at the end of its life piece of junk. That she was charged for a brand new tankless water heater. What an absolute dirty and nasty thing to do to the elderly. If you decide to go with this company do your research on anything they sell you And if a representative from the company wants to come and make this right I invite you to do the right thing
