Top notch. Harwood came and installed new central air in my house. Dan the tech and his apprentice Henry did an excellent job. Showed up on time and went right to work. They were very polite and courteous and cleaned up after them selves. Pricing was competitive as well highly recommended.
Very happy with there service and friendly staff
This is my first time leaving a negative review and I would give 0 stars if I could. They sent two plumber out to remove a grease trap. When the plumbers arrived they said it was against code and didn't remove it and they tried to charge $350 for that. While the plumbers where there, one of them did fix our ice machine which I didn't mind paying $150 for his 2 minutes of work. Another instance, we asked to get a quote for a new AC unit. They sent one tech and one guy for "ladder safety" and said it was a billable service cal... read more
Awesome work done well explained. Even with the mix ups we had which was too funny and my fault I would recommend them anytime. We'll done guys!!!!
