First time visiting. Loved the atmosphere - such a cute place! The service was exceptional - our waitress Hayley was the best! The food was delicious. Our party had the mixed kebabs (chicken, shrimp, and beef), shepherd’s pie, and double stack burger with garlic fries. The chocolate cake is a must try - a HUGE slice and easily shareable among 2-3 people. You can also have your parking validated for free if you park in the adjacent garage. Can’t wait to return!
The atmosphere deserves all the praise, very well decorated at night time, the interior has the pub feel with the wood trims and posters on the walls. Great bar and bar tender. Came in with a large group at 11pm. We’re talking about a group of 16, came looking for food after a long flight. They took us in with love and even gave us all a place to store our luggage. Came here for Easter brunch with a friend. We’re both Irish and were excited to see sausage rolls on the menu—only to be served kolaches instead, which are definitely not the same thing. Disappointed but still hopeful, I ordered the fish and chips. While the fish itself looked and tasted good, the “chips” were really just over-seasoned, thinly sliced potatoes—more like American-style chips, not the traditional thick-cut fries that should have come with the dish. Overall, a letdown.
Very cool pub! I stopped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised to walk in to beautiful woodwork and tin warmly lit for a very cozy atmosphere. I had a Reuben with the garlic fries and it was wonderful. Lots of great whiskey in including quite a few exotics, wish I had gone at dinner time so I could sample a few! I sat at the bar and the bartender was very nice and attentive. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Dallas!
Harwood Arms provides the vibe of an English pub in the middle of Dallas. Very cozy atmosphere with a solid selection of drinks and typical pub fare food. We were seated in front of the fireplace, which actually turned out pretty nice despite the very small table. It was pretty busy hence why were seated like that. Really fun atmosphere though, which I can see being very fun during a game day. The wallpaper towards the back was also great.
