Irritated repeat customer. Very disappointed. Big mistake. Have used Harvey Replacement windows in the past and they were well constructed and a pleasant upgrade. New house 17 windows replaced 2021 with Harveys. I don’t know where Harvey went wrong but these replacement windows have been an annual nightmare. Moisture between panes, fingerprints between frames, discoloration of UV coating, I assume, windows that did not fit properly and this year, 2025, and mold between panes… Lousy product. Plus they make me pay for shipping... read more
Very, very nice place and friendly people. It was fast unloading, in-out for 1 h.
Had a problem with a product after only two years. All I got was robotic answers from Harvey customer service and a lot of "I'm so sorry", "Once again i'm very sorry". I called my contractor who installed them and he stopped by and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. I wanted to pay him but he refused. Don't bother calling the robot clowns at Harvey. A good contractor won't waste anyone's time citing warranties.
