They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I would like to add the fact that the wait time is absolutely ridiculous! Average wait time is anywhere from 4- 6 hours....WITH AN APPOINTMENT! I think he needs to not schedule so many patients in a day.
