Had the displeasure of speaking with “Attorney Harvey” re: a time sensitive probate matter and she could not have been more rude, insensitive or unprofessional. Absolutely miserable creature. Highly recommend choosing one of many other reputable attorneys in the the area, who are empathetic and compassionate enough to specialize in something as sensitive as estate planning. I wouldn’t work with or refer her if she offered to do everything pro bono.
I hired a private attorney to settle some past discretion. I had her look and see what what my outcome would be and after several thousand dollars paid my answer for her was the one I didn't want to here. Fast forward a few years and those past discretions came up and I had to deal with them. I was given a public defender.. Her name is Linda Harvey.. She is the most amazing attorney I've ever had..
