Purchased annual package including activation, checkup and winterization from this company as it is who installed and maintained the system at the house we moved into. On activating system (after they winterized), the tech had to repair cracked PVC that he said was likely a result of not blowing out the system entirely. They fixed at no cost, so while I would have preferred no issues to begin with, at least they dealt with it. I then get a bill for $240 for 6 Hunter PVG Diaphragms. We have had Harvestowne open and close our system for the last ten years. Always been satisfied. Our system developed a leak and we were afraid of a costly repair. Last week James ( a Harvestowne tech ) opened our system. I told him about the leak. He got right to work and fixed it. I am just so happy how James fixed our system and it cost so much less than I was expecting. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
Requested a quote online and called by phone and only got a voicemail for sales to leave a message. Weeks later, still no response. Is this business still open?
These people are trash. Their drivers fly through the neighborhood where children are present. I called and the lady did not care.
