Don’t deal with these people. They take your deposit say they can’t fix your mower and keep the deposit. Harvester small engine was a good company. This place lied. We took our mower some place else and it was fixed in 30 minutes. I’m sure they won’t post this.They also gave it back with parts in a bag. They make money by keeping your deposit and not fixing your mower.
Didn't have part they said they had after I drove out there,I've always had great service there just not this time
Update: I missed back to back calls following this review from a guy named Dale or Dave today. When I called him back I he was mad and proceeded to immediately start cussing at me with my 3 year old in the backseat. He claims I've only ever bought 3 things from them and they should've never extended my company credit because we "Walked out without paying for things." READ THIS REVIEW I called today to check in on one of my chainsaws that I bought from them last year and dropped off for service back in December 2025 for Warranty work. A guy answered the phone and said he couldn't find it. He went to get assistance and ultimately hung up the phone. Waiting for a call back now but it sounds like they lost my chainsaw!
