Didn't have part they said they had after I drove out there,I've always had great service there just not this time
Update: I missed back to back calls following this review from a guy named Dale or Dave today. When I called him back I he was mad and proceeded to immediately start cussing at me with my 3 year old in the backseat. He claims I've only ever bought 3 things from them and they should've never extended my company credit because we "Walked out without paying for things." READ THIS REVIEW I called today to check in on one of my chainsaws that I bought from them last year and dropped off for service back in December 2025 for Warranty work. A guy answered the phone and said he couldn't find it. He went to get assistance and ultimately hung up the phone. Waiting for a call back now but it sounds like they lost my chainsaw! I've received good service and helpful advise from (formerly) Harvester Small Engine and now St. Louis Equipment in Harvester in the past, but as an infrequent buyer of mostly parts and a couple machines I hadn't thought to review them. I just stopped in a few days ago and was blown away by how helpful they were. They went above and beyond to find parts for a "fake" B&S engine, even looking to the internet to locate one of the parts they didn't have a catalog number for.
