John was very thorough in both his explanation of what he was going to doing, as well as the actual applications of the various treatments he used. He was very personable and we enjoyed interacting with him. Sorry to hear he won't be our regular technician, but are looking forward to meeting Jeremy.
Ashley is great! She's always cheerful and informative. She said she would have a technician come help fix the door to my crawlspace and close up a dryer vent. Bradley came the next morning and took care of the problems. You guys are wonderful! Thank you!

First time working with a pest control company. They were very thorough and explained what they where doing and why in a way that made sense. So far everything has been as they explained and I have not been seeing any activity.
We had Harvest Valley come out and spray our house, so nice to realize there are no spider webs anymore, thanks!
Richard does a great job, very professional and lets us know exactly what he's doing. When I let him know the wasps were still bothering us, he came right out and took care of them! Highly recommend them.
We just got a new tech, John, who is replacing Richard (King Richard!). John seems very knowledgeable and is very professional and polite. Harvest has done a tremendous job at our cabin. I highly recommend! 👍
