Over a year ago, my wife and I purchased a home at Harvest Ridge by DR Horton. Prior to owning the home I heard about many horror stories that first time owners experience. Luckily for us that wasn’t the case, mostly because Sue ( Our sales rep) was there for us every step of the way and answered our many questions via phone call and text! I love our home and have zero complaints! No regrets.
I’ve had mixed experiences with my DR Horton home. While the realtor, Sue Borden, was fantastic—always helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to work with—the quality of the home and the management by the superintendent has been disappointing. There have been ongoing issues that haven’t been addressed properly, and the overall construction quality has not met my expectations.
