I bought a home with these people and I promise I will NEVER do it again or recommend. If you are a first time home buyer BEWARE. I thought I was closing with friendly people and after I actually signed the paperwork on my closing day( not even 2months ago)it went down hill from there. I actually wish I could sell this home TODAY.
HORROR OF HOUSES
Everything falls apart after a year and master bathroom will develop mold..
DONT BUY THESE HOUSES! They refuse to fix anything and house comes with many problems. Homes are built like shit and have shit warranty. You would be an idiot to buy these houses like I was. Btw they refuse to fix faulty plumbing now I have model forming in master bathroom.
