These are called the promenade apartments. Save your money. They don’t fix anything. Money grabbers. Security deposit is non refundable. They keep it for themselves. It’s very ghetto from the office to the neighbors. Someone came in my apartment and stole from me. Nothing was done or report was taken by the office. The water pressure is horrible.
