Finally ate here after living in Canal for 2 years, and I can't wait to go back! It's a tad pricy for a café, but as someone who worked in a restaurant in the past I promise the prices are more than worth the quality of the food. What a great place! I'll be honest, when I think of craft food and drinks that lean toward the healthy side of the menu, Canal Winchester wasn't necessarily a destination that was high on the list. Burger was raw, service was horrible, and manager on duty was extremely unprofessional.
I was extremely excited to give this place a try. We drove 30 min to get there on a Saturday only to find out they don't serve food between 3:30 and 4:00. This was after my husband had to go up to the counter to find out if we were to seat ourselves or wait to be seated since nobody even bothered to greet us as we walked in. Well I work here and everything is amazing. It's the ideal place to find great food that's also healthy for you. My favs are caramelized pear and brie bison as well as the fire braised chicken thigh wrap. Awesome food awesome drinks and awesome people most definitely the place to be.
Best hidden gem just outside of Columbus! Food ✅ Coffee Service
I will be honest (but still nice), I hated this place! If you have kids DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! They do not have anything for kids except french fries (the mac & cheese was awful!), no kids menu. Only 1 highchair for the entire place. The bison burger was nothing to write home about, just blah. Very over priced. If you like a place where kids are not welcome you may like this place but be prepared to eat something you have never had and will probably never eat again after. #sorrynotsorry
