We moved to Billings and needed a place that accepted pets...seems very difficult to find. Our experience was fairly good, however dont have a visitor or forget to put your sticker in the windshield of your car that you are renting from Harvest Granger or it will be towed over night. 300.00 to get the car out of hock...even though the manager has the description and license plate of its tenants..she told the company to tow anyway. Whatever you do dont get a new car without letting the manager know for what good it does you!.... read more

This apartment complex took a deposit of \$1100 from my son and his roomate. \$600 for pet deposit. They have photos of apartment in excellent condition when they moved out. This company kept all but \$300 of the deposit saying that they had to pay for 6 hours of cleaning, new drywall etc. What a rip off! The manager was very rude when I spoke to her about it.

The worst parts about these apartments are first of all, the parking is horrible-they have a little tiny parking lot for everyone and if Anyone has a visitor, you wont be able to park inside and will end up having to park out on Monad. Secondly, if you are going to live here, like any other complex, I would ask for an upstairs apartment-I had a horrible time with the people above me throwing parties, running around at all hours of the night, and even if they just walked across the floor, it was SO loud!
