We just closed on a home there this month. They really did a great job from our Sales Rep to the Construction Manager; the process was outstanding. It far exceeded our expectations! We have a great house delivered on time. There were a handful of very small issues that needed to be handled (as with every new home build) and everyone of them they were happy to resolve. They really were top notch!
We love our Pulte home in the Harvest community.
Sales team was great! The home is beautiful, but there has been some issues. Sink hole at the front side yard, the large HVAC unit was extremely loud and the placement was at a condensation output so the unit needed to be relocated. Now exactly one year in and the smaller HVAC stopped working. That portion of the house is miserable in this triple digit Arizona heat. They only had 2 models to show. They are phasing out so basically not too many lots left only for 2 story go on. They will moving out of this area once few more sold. Homes are nice though but wanted to see another model that had but all built and pple living in them now. Will see where else they are building in queen creek. Sales rep was helpful
