This is a really nice complex, close to anything and everything you could ever possibly need. The new management company works hard to address any maintenance and/or complex issues. The roads are plowed and walkways are salted within a very short time after a snowfall. They provide pet waste disposal areas throughout the complex which is very accommodating for us residents with pets.
The reviews were true. I called a month ago and sent an email asking for more information about the apartment. Unfortunately even with the “new” management, it seems to be just like the old one...you can’t get a hold of them.

How can I get ahold of someone? Why is there no website? I legit have been submitting through apartment sites and hear nothing back.
Harvard oaks is under new management & I have nothing but positive things to say! The whole leasing process has been super easy, Jason has been easy to contact/get in touch with, maintenance have been quick to respond! Nothing but good things to say about the place & process so far!
