My review is not just as a patient but also as a highly educated anesthesia provider in the local Tulsa area. Dr. David has had 3 opportunities to treat me that he totally struck out on over the course of the last 5 years. 1. I came in with complaints of insomnia. Told me to develop better sleep hygiene. No labs. Just basic exam and vitals. Ok but missed the other symptoms such as fatigue and anxiety listed that eventually turned into another diagnosis listed in a minute. 2.
