RecommendedMy company Air Management Services took a vehicle in that two other service departments couldn't figure out. This was the first time our company used Harvard Chevrolet. They went above and beyond to get an out of warranty part covered. They also did not charge my company labor to do the work. It was not a small easy fix. Will be sending them more business in the near future for sure.
Poor service. Narcissistic owner, points to what he believes is good service to distract from their bad service. Classic personality disorder. Complete refusal to take responsibility for a mistake that cost me money. What could have still been a good experience even after their mistake has now created a mission for me to make sure to tell everyone I know to be aware and shop elsewhere.
We swapped dealerships a few months back and I’m not sure if we’ll ever look back. Each time our truck has been serviced there’s been amazing communication, flexibility, good work, and they even treat my almost 2 year old amazing. Larry and I bought a 2020 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss yesterday and the whole process was exceptionally wonderful. Easy, quick and worked with us every step. Thank you Dan, Martin, Greg and everyone at the dealership who asked us if we would like a water, coffee ect, kept us informed of any delay and could not have been any friendlier through the process. Will recommend to everyone we know.
